RS-9700熱保護(hù)器具有電阻小、感溫快、動(dòng)作靈敏、安全可靠、體積小、壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，廣泛適用于馬力電機(jī)、電熱器具、熒光燈鎮(zhèn)流器、變壓器、汽車馬達(dá)、集成電路及一般電器設(shè)備的過(guò)熱保護(hù)。

Thermal Protectors of RS-9700 series are sensitive to heat.They have marked such as smallness in size,insulated case,action rapidly,enough contact capacity,long life atc.They are widely used to protect against over heat and over current in motor.heated appliance,Fluorescent Ballast,transformer,Auto motor,IC,and electric appliance.

3.1.1 熱保護(hù)器的外殼不得有毛刺、裂紋、變形、銹蝕等現(xiàn)象。

 There is no burr, crack, distortion and rust on case.

3.1.2 標(biāo)志應(yīng)正確、端正、清晰、經(jīng)久耐擦。

 Marks should be correct ,clear and durability.

3.2引線（端子）抗拉性能PullEndureAbility Ability Abilityofleadswithterminal terminal

 熱保護(hù)器的引線（端子）應(yīng)能承受不低于30N 軸向靜拉力，歷時(shí)5 秒，應(yīng)無(wú)斷裂、松動(dòng)、脫落現(xiàn)象。

Terminals & leads should endure more than 30N axes direction pull lasting for 5 seconds. And terminals should be no loose and leads have no rupture and slipping.

3.5.1 熱保護(hù)器在分?jǐn)嗪蟮囊鼍€應(yīng)能承受交流50Hz， 660VAC 試驗(yàn)電壓歷時(shí)1min 而無(wú)擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象（泄漏電流整定值1mA）。

After thermal protector’s opening the leads should endure AC 660VAC/50Hz with 1Ma leak current lasting for 1 minute. After the trial there is no flashover.

3.5.2 熱保護(hù)器端子引線與絕緣套管能承受交流50Hz，1500VAC 試驗(yàn)電壓歷時(shí)1min 而無(wú)擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象（泄漏電流整定值1mA）。

After thermal protector’s opening, the leads and insulation sleeve should endure

AC 660VAC/50Hz with 1Ma leak current lasting for 1 minute. After the trial there is

no flashover.

3.6絕緣性能Insulation Insulation Insulationperformance performance

在正常條件下，引出線（端子）與絕緣套管之間絕緣電阻大于100MΩ（DC500V 兆歐表測(cè)量）。

Under normal condition, resistance between leads and insulation sleeve should be more than 100MΩ by ohmmeter of DC500V.

3.8.1 電壽命 Electric service life

在常溫下，熱保護(hù)器在接交流50Hz、電壓220V、的額定負(fù)載條件下試驗(yàn)200 次后，額定動(dòng)作溫度應(yīng)在初期值的±5℃或±5%(二者取最大者)以內(nèi)，且觸點(diǎn)不發(fā)生熔焊，繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)5800 次后熱

保護(hù)器仍應(yīng)可靠工作。

The trail condition is under AC220/50Hz with rated load Under the trailcondition and 200 cycles, the opening temperature should be in ±5℃ or±5% (the larger is the best choice) of its own rated temperature and there is no melt in product. Under same condition and after 5800 cycles the product should be dependable in its function.

3.9耐高溫試驗(yàn)Hotness Hotness Hotnessenduretrial:將產(chǎn)品放置在180℃±3℃的恒溫箱中保溫96h,取出放置

2小時(shí)后,檢測(cè)溫度其變化不超過(guò)初始值的±5℃或±5%,取最大值。

It will last 96 hours if the protector is placed where the ambient temperature is 180 deg. with tolerance of ±3℃.After cooling for 2 hours, and the difference between opening temperature and normal shall be not more than ±5℃ or ±5% of normal.

3.10耐低溫試驗(yàn)Coldness Coldness Coldnessenduretrial:將產(chǎn)品放置在-20℃±3℃的恒溫箱中保溫16h,取出放置2小時(shí)后,檢測(cè)溫度其變化不超過(guò)初始值的±5℃或±5%,取最大值。

It will last 16 hours if the protector is placed where the ambient temperature is -40 deg. with tolerance of ±3℃.After cooling for 2 hours, and the difference between opening temperature and normal shall be not more than ±5℃ or ±5% of normal.

4 溫度測(cè)試Temperature Temperature Temperaturetest:

將熱保護(hù)器置于恒溫精度為±1℃的試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。測(cè)溫方法采用熱電偶或溫度計(jì)，熱電偶或溫度計(jì)應(yīng)置于熱保護(hù)器試樣上或盡可能靠近試樣，在試驗(yàn)升溫過(guò)程中，從低于額定動(dòng)作溫度10℃開(kāi)始，溫度變化速率不超過(guò)0.5℃/min。通過(guò)保護(hù)器的測(cè)試電流不應(yīng)超過(guò)0.1A。

Testing be done in the oven that the precision of constant temp is ±1℃. When testing ,thethermocouple or thermometer should be place nearest to samples. During temperature rising ,when the temperature reaches 10℃ less than rated temperature, the temperature rising rate should be less than 0.5℃ per minute and the testing current should be no more than 0.1A.
